The Broadstep’s Birthday Club had a great time celebrating Mr. David’s birthday on May 29th, 2024! He chose orange cupcakes and had lunch with his case manager and the life enrichment manager. He decided on a big cheeseburger, fries, and strawberry cake. The restaurant surprised us by announcing his birthday to everyone, and the whole place applauded. David’s smile was contagious. Everything we do aims to make their day better and help them feel happy and included. Seeing our clients smile and laugh is the best reward for us, inspiring us to keep giving excellent care and service. Happy 65th birthday, David!
We recently celebrated the birthdays of Mr. Troy and Ms. Nina. Mr. Troy received a gift bag and cupcakes, and since he likes ribs, he will also have a rib dinner. Ms. Nina also received a gift bag, cupcakes, and a movie outing.
“Brian’s Birthday Celebration“
October 2023, we celebrated Michael Smith and Derrick Tubbs’ birthdays. When it’s our resident’s birthday, we give them a gift bag and a cake or cupcakes. They also get to choose a restaurant to have a special meal. Derrick picked a rib dinner, and Michael decided on pizza.
These little gestures mean a lot to us because we believe that our residents deserve to be cherished on their special day. It’s a way to show them that we care deeply about their happiness and well-being. Making our residents’ birthdays extraordinary is not just a tradition; it’s a heartfelt gesture that we hold dear. It’s our way of saying, “You are important, and we’re here to make your day as wonderful as you are.”

We had a great time celebrating Brian’s birthday at his mom and dad’s place. Our team took Brian and his housemate, Matthew, to celebrate with his parents. Brian was all smiles, and everyone had a wonderful time.

We celebrated Clarence McKinney’s birthday by taking him to dinner at Denny’s and giving him a gift. All the residents joined in the outing, and Clarence had an amazing time.
